Hi, I’m Jacqueline Nicole!

I was drawn to breathwork several years ago after hitting a plateau in my therapy sessions. Breathwork has been transformative in all aspects of my life but especially profound in healing my childhood traumas, womb traumas, and inherited traits and behaviors from my ancestral lineage.

Through this practice I’ve been able to find safety in my body, the ability to honor my voice, a reconnection with my intuition, and a deep well of self-love. Breathwork is a continual teacher in my relationship to others, specifically in radical acceptance.

Breathwork has been essential to my career path and growth. Working with the breath has helped me gain clarity, focus on development milestones, and map my professional desires. It has empowered me to align myself with my life’s purposes.

I am honored to hold space for whatever is calling you home to your breath.
